hela Sverige We are looking for an HR Business Partner to support Connected Solutions in Volvo Group.
Connected Solutions is a newly established unit that will lead the development of the Volvo Group's connected solutions and supporting capabilities to further strengthen the Volvo Group position and competitiveness in the area.

You will work together with the HR Director Connected Solutions and a highly dedicated global network of HR Business Partners supporting Connected Solutions. As HRBP your mission is to advise and support management teams and individual managers on all HR related issues in contributing to meet business targets.
You will report to Karin Ahlbäck Herner and be a member of the Staff & Support Functions (SSF) Management team. You will also report functionally to HR Director Connected Solutions, Lina Gerlam.
Key Responsibilities
As HR Business Partner, your key responsibilities are:
• Support managers in Delivery & Operations global function in all HR related matters
• Execute Employer Branding activities mainly in Sweden for Connected Solutions in cooperation with HR Director and Director Communication and relevant other stakeholders
• Coordinate recruitment activities and support managers in Sweden according to Connected Solutions Workforce plan
• Drive the review and implementation or Connected Solutions global jobs and assessment framework
• Coordinate the health and safety agenda/activities for Connected Solutions Sweden
• Be a member of Connected Solutions HR network and SSF HR network
• Collaborate with HR functions within the Volvo Group to secure alignment and successful execution of all HR related activities.

Competence Profile & Qualifications
To qualify for this role, you have experience from:
• Experience and proven track record from recruitment, preferably within the IT industry
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• High integrity and courage to drive and implement changes
• Experience from working with health and safety
• Successful in building excellent working relationships
• Advanced knowledge in excel
• Excellent skills and ability to work in a fast paced, multicultural and diverse environment
• Fluent in English both written and spoken
• You have a Master's degree or equivalent.
