About the job
As an HR Business Partner, you will be building strong relationships with managers, consulting and supporting them on business topics, leadership, and employee management. Your tasks will be both operational and strategical. You will be working with a wide range of topics, e.g. recruitment, onboarding, exit procedures, relocations. In this position you will also work with compliance related matters and administrative tasks (employment agreements etc.). You are proactive, efficient, and resilient, and getting the job done is one of your characteristics, also in a busy and ever-changing environment. You are willing to travel internationally on occasion to meet your peers and stakeholders (2-3 times per year). You will be based in Lund, reporting to and working closely with the Head of People & Culture Europe West.
In addition, your tasks will include
Recruitment of talents in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team
Effective implementation of global HR programs, processes, and initiatives
Supporting with several HR-related tasks like compensation & benefits, employee related policies, people cycle etc.
Monthly payroll and social security management
Great stakeholder management and the ability to influence leaders

You are a strong communicator with a collaborative attitude. With your great enthusiasm and creative mindset, you bring new ideas to the table, not only as an individual but also together with your colleagues. You work well in cross-functional teams and are not afraid to take responsibility and make decisions. With your hands-on mentality, structured approach, and analytical skills, you proactively seek to improve the status quo. You see change as something positive, can adapt quickly and you like to courageously help shaping the future of RHI Magnesita.
What we expect from you in terms of Education
A university degree in Human Resources Management or similar
Languages
English - Proficient/Fluent
Any other language is considered as an asset
