HR Volvo Car Engine Skövde is a team within Human Resources consisting of eight employees with different backgrounds and experiences. The team have a main responsibility to provide professional support in HR matters and processes, which covers all matters relating to the relationship between employer and employee. We are responsible for all HR related issues at Volvo Car Engine in Skövde. We are now looking for a new colleague with a great understanding, knowledge and interest in people and a high level of business acumen.
As HR Business Partner you provide HR operational and tactical support to managers to ensure that HR deliver the talent and performance necessary for achieving business goals. But also supports management teams and participates in selected management meetings as requested. You execute HR deliverables in line with the respective units HR master plans and business needs. As HRBP you are responsible for implementing and communicating HR policies, directives and processes, in the organization, spanning compensation and benefits, labour law, recruitment, learning and other to secure standard/alignment.
Main responsibilities
• Guide, challenge and support managers in HR related areas as Rehabilitation, Labour Relations, Workforce Planning, Recruitment and other HR related areas
• Provide operational and tactical support to the business
• Support in HR processes and systems
• Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of HR reporting data
• Proactively build and promote strong employee trust and open communication between all levels through the Volvo Car Culture and code of conduct
Required qualifications
• University Degree within HR or equivalent experience in relevant field
• Thourough knowledge in Swedish Labour & Work Environment Law and regulations
• Relevant experience and knowledge in key HR competence areas such as Rehabilitation, Labour relations, Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Change Management
• Good knowledge Microsoft Office
• Fluent in Swedish and English, written and spoken

• Capacity to work on a operational and strategical level
• People person with high level of business acumen
• Ability to build and maintain good relations
• Good analytical skills
