hela Sverige As HR Business Partner for Engineering and Product, you will be the Business Partner and advisor to the Chief Technology Officer and Chief Product Officer, as well as the go-to-person and point of contact for Managers within these organizations. You will partner with the leadership teams of the engineering & product businesses to ensure that HR is delivering the best possible advice and service, developing and driving a talent strategy that delivers tangible business results.
To support you, you will be able to call upon the services of a network of HR colleagues in Talent Acquisition, HR Services, Global Mobility, Talent Management, and Compensation & Benefits.
The ideal candidate for this position will draw from a rich experience in developing and implementing best practice talent management initiatives. Whilst partnering with senior management to develop and translate business strategy into those initiatives, you enjoy applying a data driven approach working with clear KPIs. With a focus on end-to-end delivery, you are comfortable working on projects from a strategy phase all the way to tactical implementation.
It's likely that you have experience from a variety of HR roles as you have built up your knowledge of talent management, before progressing into a consultative business partnering role. While you will favour being proactive wherever possible, you can react quickly to change - you will enjoy a high pace of work, and are focused on driving results.
