HR Volvo Car Engine Skövde is a team within Volvo Car Group's Human Resources consisting of eight employees with different backgrounds and experiences. The team have a main responsibility to provide professional support in HR matters and processes, which covers all matters relating to the relationship between employer and employee. We are now looking for a new colleague with a great understanding, knowledge and interest in people and a high level of business acumen.
As HR BP/Rehabilitation Coordinator you will be responsible for general HR issues and specialist area Rehabilitation. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining common processes, tools and policies within the area of Rehabilitation and support the managers when needed. In this role you act as the main contact towards authorities and relevant internal networks within the Rehabilitation area locally. You will also be a support in HR processes and systems as well as being the coordinator and contact person regarding Occupational Health.
Main responsibilities
• Establish and maintain common processes, tools and policies within area of Rehabilitation
• Guide, challenge and support managers in HR related areas as Rehabilitation, Labour Relations, Workforce Planning and Recruitment
• Provide operational and tactical support to the business
• Support in HR processes and systems
• Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of HR reporting data
• Proactively build and promote strong employee trust and open communication between all levels through the Volvo Car Culture and code of conduct
• Coordinator and contact person Occupational Health
• Participate in development projects in Volvo Car Group and initiate development projects locally when applicable
Required qualifications
• University Degree within HR or equivalent experience in relevant field
• Fluent in Swedish and English, written and spoken
• Knowledge in Swedish Labour & Work Environment Law and regulations
• Relevant experience and knowledge in key HR competence areas such as Rehabilitation, Labour relations, Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Change Management

• Ability to build and maintain good relations
