You will work on hourly basis one-two days a week to support the HR department with various tasks in the fields of HR, recruitment and payroll. As HR Assistant you will, for example, work with and support our recruitment processes, administrative tasks, coordinate trainings and system updates. This position is a temporary employment until 2022-12-22 with the possibility for extension.
You will be part of a small team working in close collaboration within HR, Payroll and IT, but with defined areas of responsibility. Our team's focus is to ensure efficient and reliable business support to both managers and employees in Sweden, and in some cases Denmark as well.
Qualifications & Experience
We are looking for you who study a formal education in HR or relevant field, preferably with two or more years left. If you have earlier experience working with HR and recruitment, we see this as preferable. You should be able to speak and write high level of English since we are working in an international environment. To succeed in this position, you should have the ability to act on own initiate, work systematically, collaborate and support your colleagues.
