Your role:

You will be the main support to our HR Director in HR administrative issues with focus on Payroll.

As an HR and Payroll administrator you are the link between HR and finance in cooperation with our third-party organisation Accountor. You will handle all our employees' salaries and be responsible for the payroll process. You keep our finance systems updated regarding salaries, time report, invoicing, claim resolutions and be the focal point for payroll questions.

In addition to the payroll responsibilities other HR administrative tasks are also included and you will have a coordinating role. Some of the HR administrative responsibilities is given below:
• Maintain and update employee records and handle questions regarding pensions, insurances, health benefits etc.
• Updating the employee handbook accordingly and make sure all contracts and agreements are up to date.
• Drive the onboarding process for our newcomers to ensure a great first day at the office.
• Independently drive the systematic work environment and work closely with the safety representatives to pursue a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

We are looking for a person with 1-3 years of experience within HR and payroll administration followed by an relevant academic degree. You possess good knowledge and good understanding of HR processes and Payroll administration.
We believe you are passionate about HR and loves working with people. You feel comfortable working with payroll and previous experience from working in Hogia is a plus.

You are a driven person with a can-do attitude and a good administrator with focus on making things happen. You like to work in a high paced, dynamic environment and possess good social communicative skills to easily build relationships with everybody in the organisation.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written is a must.
