Description
Would you like to be a part of our HR Service Centre in Lund and have the opportunity to work in a dedicated team in an international environment?
The Resourcing team belongs to the HR Service Center in Lund; a centralised HR support organization for all Tetra Pak companies in Sweden with the aim to deliver high value HR services to all managers and employees in Sweden.
The position is a temporary position until 30 June 2017, based in Lund, Sweden.
As HR Administrator Resourcing you will work with a wide variety of tasks supporting HR Specialists and Line Managers through the recruitment process. Your main focus will be on delivering service and administrative support in all different activities.
Main responsibilities
• Administrate incoming errands
• HR Administration - hiring and termination administration, employment contract management, recommendation and employment certificates
• General HR administrative services due to demand connected to the resourcing process
Qualifications
We are seeking a committed, accurate and orderly colleague wanting to work with HR administration.
Your background preferably contains former experience from HR and administrative tasks and HR education is valued. Experience from SAP or another advanced business system is also highly valued.
You should be well organized and thorough with detail and possess good communication skills in Swedish and English both verbally and in writing. You must have a high level of personal integrity and the ability to deliver service promptly and accurately and with a strong customer focus.
