hela Sverige You will be part of a growing team with international clients. Description of the role, main tasks:
• Operational responsibility for apartment and house searches for assigned cases in the greater Stockholm Area.
• Support online house search process for Homerental in Stockholm.
• Interaction with clients and landlords online and via social media.
• Administration of online housing portal and assigned cases.
• Contacts with real estate companies, letting agencies and private landlords.
Required business experiences and skills:
• At least 3 years of experience from operational service delivery in customer centric, multicultural and diversified organizations.
• Experience from online service delivery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge about Swedish rental law is advantageous.
• Driver's license and good knowledge about Stockholm and surrounding areas.
• You need to be highly IT literate. We work in a PC environment and you need to be skilled within the Microsoft office suit.
Language
You need to be fluent in both English, Swedish and any additional languages are highly favourable.

We have offices in Stockholm, Göteborg and Malmö. Homerental Nordic AB is part of the Human Entrance Group.
