Sobi is looking for their new Healthcare Compliance and Transparency Manager. About the role
In this role you will be a key member of Sobi 's Corporate Compliance Team and support them in the objective of providing an effective and business friendly compliance program. You will be responsible for Sobi 's Transparency Program and ensuring that Sobi complies with all external transparency requirements. You will work cross-functionally and the position includes close cooperation with the Healthcare Compliance Director and Chief Compliance Officer regarding Sobi 's Healthcare Compliance Program and project management to support the overall Compliance Department. The role also includes providing training and instructions for the Sobi Transparency and Healthcare Compliance Program. The responsibilities for the role are divided into four main parts;
General Compliance: You will i.e. assist in the implementation of the Sobi Corporate Compliance Program internally. You will proactively identify compliance risks and ensure risk awareness within your areas or responsibility and support the business in driving a culture of integrity, ethical conduct and compliance.
Transparency work: Being responsible for leading Sobi 's transparency work you will ensure that global transparency disclosure requirements are met. This includes responsibility for Sobi 's Transparency Reporting System and responsibility for developing and implementing strategies and action plans on transparency processes.
Healthcare Compliance: You will support Sobi 's Healthcare Compliance Director in the implementation of the HCC Program and ensure that local policies and procedures are up to date and aligned with global standards. You will also secure improvement and management of Sobi 's interactive healthcare interactions policy portal (iHIP), and other key tools. You will conduct monitoring and risk assessments to detect process gaps & inconsistencies.
Training & general project management: You will act as Training Coordinator for the Legal Affairs function, involving i.a. responsibility for managing rollout of relevant trainings to all members of Legal Affairs, and manage rollout of trainings created by the Compliance Department to the Sobi organization. You will also manage the Compliance Department 's global intranet page and act as project manager for larger projects driven by the Compliance Department
Who are you
You have a relevant academic background and at least five years of professional experience from a similar position within compliance or other relevant background from the Life science industry. You have a good ability to communicate effectively and strong interpersonal skills. You are a collaborative team-player but do not mind operating independently when needed. To be successful in this role you should have a strong sense of accountability and be well organized. As a person you are pragmatic, with an operational focus and ability to understand business needs. You need to have a fluent level of English and preferably also understand and be able to communicate in Swedish.
You should also have the following qualifications:
• Knowledge of the EFPIA transparency requirements
• Understanding of healthcare compliance rules and regulations
• Excellent project management skills
• Excellent computer skills
• Experience from providing training 's and education
• Experience from acting as a project manager and knowledge of additional transparency regulations, such as US Sunshine Act, Loi Bertrand etc. is meriting
Location:
The position is a fulltime position and preferably located at SOBI HQ in Solna.
