Poolia is recruiting a proactive and communicative Health, Safety & Environment Manager to Danone's subsidiary Österlenmejeriet in Lunnarp (Tomelilla). The position is full-time.

Publiceringsdatum2015-11-24Dina arbetsuppgifterAs a Health, Safety & Environment Manager you will join our team at our factory in Lunnarp (Tomelilla) where you will experience and work in a flexible and demanding environment. For every Danone employee Health & Safety is always key, and every action taken in our Production Site is with that as our first priority.
The Factory Health, Safety & Environment Manager leads safety improvement and system implementation at Factory level by setting the right behavioral, organizational, environmental and technical elements needed for a robust an sustainable Health & Safety culture.
• Sets the right behavioural, organizational and technical elements needed for a robust safety culture
• Coordinate health, safety & environment systems in our organisation
• Identify hazards
• Assess risks to health and safety
• Put appropriate safety controls in place
• Provide advice about accident prevention and occupational health to management and employees
You build a Zero Risk mindset for all Danoners and any external party working on site. You assist all areas of safety and also the development and maintenance of a safe work environment for all employees throughout the organization.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
You probably have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant area. You could also have gained the experience from former positions.
You have at least 3-5 years of experience from a similar environment with mentioned responsibilities.
You are used to be responsible for audits and continuous evaluation processes. It is important that you have a thorough uderstanding of local codes, regulations, legislations and working environment for the country (i.e. Sweden).
The position requires experience from reading and understanding floor plans, diagrams and system schematics.
We believe that you have above average computer knowledge and experience to learn new systems and programs. You are an experienced user of MS Office.
In order to be successful in the position, you are used to to multi-task, prioritize and to handle emergency situations. You also have excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor. The position requires excellent verbal and written communications.
It is an advantage if you have previous experience from project management and work with continuous improvements.
Fluency in speaking and writing English and Swedish is a prerequisite for the position.
