hela Sverige Due to parental leave of the Health coordinator in Sweden we are looking for a full time replacement (from May 2017- May 2018) located in Stockholm.
Your tasks in general:
• Supplier Management
- Steer and follow up external and countrywide suppliers in cooperation with procurement
- SPOC (single point of contact) for all Swedish companies/BU to handle complaints and improvements
- Support business in selecting suitable activities and implement new health services
- Apply for subsidy from Swedish Social Agency ("Arbetsplatsnärastödet - Försäkringskassan") and use the subsidy to initiate Health & Safety activities I business
• Health Support to business
- Act as a teacher for the Swedish work environment educations (BAM)
- Arrange health meetings for the business and support business in health activities e.g Healthwatch, risk assessments stress related ill-health, health promotion ("Friskfaktorer")
- Participate in different work environment & health forums
- Benchmark with external network
• Project Management
- Act as a project manager or participate in projects based on business need.
We are looking for a colleague who meets the following requirements:
• A university degree and 3 years of relevant work experience within Health/HR area
• Work in a very structured and systematic way and be able to handle different issues on different levels at the same time.
• Work environment & Health knowledge and skills
• Demonstrated service minded and supportive towards business
• Demonstrated courageous and determined towards external suppliers - contract management
• Supportive to other H&S team members
• Swedish and English verbal and writing
• Experience with leading projects
