Our first leisure venue will launch in central Stockholm this summer, followed by launches in the Middle East and the USA. We create entertaining, eye-opening, perspective-changing episodes using VR as a driving technology.
We aim to become a globally recognised, premium experience brand associated with the latest in experiential technology. We are now recruiting for a Head of Visitor Experience to our Stockholm location.
Who are you?
You are an international minded service professional who can inspire and lead the service team to provide exceptional guest experiences. You are motivated by delivering a unique experience, and you take pride in protecting and developing the brand thorough excellence in operations, experience and marketing.
You have excellent communication skills, with a friendly dynamic and outgoing personality. Your Swedish and English language skill are close to perfect, both spoken and written.
We think you already have been a leader with a track record of good supervision in a retail, hospitality or leisure setting.
We offer
Working with our team with the operational plan, marketing and establishing sales channels for the Stockholm site.
Recruiting and leading the team that will operate the site day to day and maintain and develop the venue.
Career development opportunities as we launch sites around the world - develop the store concept together with us, and supervise the establishment of the sites.
This is a full-time position with a six month probational period, you will be working office hours but sometimes with evening and weekend hours depending on how you set up and manage the working schedule. Results are the key performance indicator.
