On behalf of our client, we are now looking for a senior UX/UI-designer with outstanding leadership skills!
As the Head of User Experience (UX), you will be responsible for leading the design and optimization of our digital products and services to deliver exceptional user experiences. You will oversee a team of UX designers, researchers, and developers, driving the strategic vision for UX and ensuring alignment with business goals.
Key responsibilities of a Head of UX typically include:

Overall, the Head of UX plays a critical role in shaping the user experience strategy, driving the design process, and ensuring that products or services meet the needs and expectations of users while aligning with business objectives.

Qualifications
• You have at least 7 years of experience in UX/UI design.
• You have at least 2 years of experience as Head of UX or a similar leadership role.
• You have deep understanding of design principles and solid knowledge of current design trends, mobile app design guidelines, and best practices.
• You have proven track record of designing successful digital products or services across various platforms (web, iOS, Android).
• You have demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of enabling high performing teams.
• It is highly meriting if you are proficient in Figma.

Admission and Application
Full time, office hours. Our client want the consultant to start immediately and the assignment is expected to be permanently running. You will be employed by JobBusters and work as a consultant for our exciting client in Stockholm. Our client has a hybrid work policy, and you will need to be on-site 2 days per week.
