The role is responsible for supporting stakeholders within the group to both plan and deliver transformation to
improve performance, with a focus on delivering exceptional work. Examples of work included within the remit are
business process transformation, development of standard business processes, operational performance and
quality improvement, culture change, capability building, assessing business readiness, driving business adoption,
and providing specialist change management support. The role will lead, drive, and deliver significant change
across Interactive Medica and the wider Wilmington.
The role will be the main contact point for all transformation and change activities, requiring excellent
communication and leadership skills, ability to forge relationships, motivate and build synergies. You should be able
act proactively, ensure effective collaboration, lead by example and ensure optimal engagement to achieve goal.

Responsibilities:
• Represent stakeholders to help drive business transformation and change management, which is targeted
at developing improved efficiency, scalability, be cost-effective, and sustainable.
• Assist with defining streamlined process of business deliverables.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders within the group and act as the central point of contact to
coordinate relevant transformation initiatives and liaise with staff at all levels.
• Demonstrate a passion for delivering change, a desire to ensure processes are efficient and effective.
• Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary.
• Ability to develop hypotheses, identify problems, perform root cause analysis, and deliver change.
• Focus on driving transformation, working closely with operational and technology teams to transform how
data is used for reporting, analysis and information flows which aid business decision making effectively.
• Create an inspiring change environment with a continuous improvement culture that encourages creativity
and ownership.
• Identify emerging trends to better align solutions with business needs.
• Influencing and shaping programmes of change to ensure successful delivery.
• Identify and mitigate areas within complex deliverables.
• Legal Coordination - management of master agreements, legal queries, and interaction with central Legal resource.

• Track relevant KPIs to measure business performance, quality, and customer experience.
• Ensure the key stakeholders have the tools required to manage, maintain, and report on department
specific KPIs on an ongoing basis.
• Lead teams (cross-functional, virtual teams) to deliver agreed changes, setting objectives, planning activity,
and ensuring that critical milestones are met.
• Work with partners internally (within the group) and externally to find solutions and resources required in
the execution of the change program.
The person in this role needs to be:

• Proven measurable delivery of change/transformation activities.
• Minimum of 10 years project management experience.
• Minimum of 10 years vendor management experience including financial tracking.
The skills required:
• Excellent administrative, record-keeping and documentation skills are essential for this role.
• Ability to demonstrate attention to detail and issue clear instructions to others.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills.
• Competent process mapping skills.
• Organisation, time management and ability to multi-task.
• Prince2 Project Management qualification.
• Lean Six Sigma qualification to Green belt level minimum.
• Training relating to understanding legal documentation.
Behavioural Competencies:
