As Head of Group Tax at Saab, you are a key member of the Group Finance Team. The Head of Group Tax is a key company person who will have an important role in a growing company with increased international footprint and increased business complexity.
Your role
As Head of Group Tax you will have the overall line management responsibility for team members of Group Tax. This includes coaching and developing of employees for a more effective skill-set and work environment. Tax risk mitigation is a key responsibility.
You will:
• Create and update Tax Policy and Transfer Pricing Policy for the Group which align with Saab 's Code of Conduct and overall business plan
• Be ultimately responsible for all tax related questions handled by members of Group Tax and that all tax guidance provided are in line with our policies
• Be business tax first point of contact during Win Business process (tender activities) and responsible for major cross-border projects, businesses and mergers & acquisitions
• Report to Deputy CFO and Group Controller

Your profile
We want you to be the material expert in corporate and international taxation with at least fifteen years' of working experience, preferably from a larger accounting firm as tax consultants or a similar role as Head of Group Tax from another multinational company.
You are a proactive, strategic thinker who can adapt to an ever-changing environment, multi-tasking effectively with proven communication skills. You are an active networker and build relationships with stakeholders internally and externally.
You have a Bachelor/Master degree in a relevant area - law, business law and/or Finance. We want you to be fluent in both English and Swedish.

You will be part of Group Finance reporting to our Deputy CFO. This role is based in Linköping or Stockholm.
