The Head of Talent, People and Brand is a critical leadership role that directly impacts the success and culture of our studio. Your expertise and guidance will shape our team, drive innovation, and ensure that we attract and retain the best talent in the industry. Additionally, your efforts in defining and promoting our brand will contribute to our studio's recognition and reputation, solidifying our position in multiplayer games.

What you'll be doing
Work closely with the CEO to define all three functions of Talent Acquisition (TA), People and studio Branding.
Collaborate daily with the leads team to execute on all three functions operationally in the organization.
Lead and mentor a small TA team to ensure they excel in identifying, recruiting, and onboarding top talent.
Collaborate closely with department heads to understand their hiring needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve our recruitment processes.
Head up the People function, overseeing HR operations, guidelines, and programs to foster a positive and inclusive workplace.
Develop and implement initiatives that enhance employee engagement, well-being, and career development.
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to create a diverse and welcoming studio culture.
Spearhead efforts to define and reinforce our company culture, ensuring alignment with our core values and goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to organize team-building events, training, and other cultural initiatives.
Define and produce our company and talent branding, creating a compelling narrative that resonates with our target audience.
Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our studio's brand within the gaming community and industry.
Leverage your industry experience to recruit top talent in tech, dev-ops, art, design, and production roles.
Collaborate with department leads to identify skill requirements and assess candidates effectively.
Utilize data-driven approaches to streamline recruitment processes, analyze candidate data, and make informed decisions.
Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and make data-backed improvements.
Utilize your deep understanding of multiplayer games to identify and attract talent with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in our projects.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends to ensure our studio remains competitive.

What we'd like to see
5 years experience in the games industry
Experience leading a TA team
Experience heading up the People function
Experience with initiatives within company Culture
Experience defining and producing company and talent branding
Experience within DEI initiatives
Experience recruiting within tech, dev-ops, art, design, production
Comfortable with data driven recruitment (GSuite)
A deep understanding of multiplayer games
