Head of Supply Management to join us at Siemens Industrial Turbomachinery AB, in Finspång.
We now have an exciting opportunity and we are looking for an individual who is seeking a challenge, looking to gain experience within an award winning global organization and ultimately wants to make a difference.
Upon joining, you will be part of our expanding Project Management department which supports our aftermarket/ service division of Siemens Industrial Turbomachinery AB, reporting to the Head of Spares and Overhauls. You will be responsible for the performance of the delivery manager teams, including the continuous development of processes, tools and procedures to optimize their efficiency and productivity.
Your tasks?
• Responsible for the OTD on the following service lines: Spare parts, refurbishments, Overhauls and Long term contracts (LTP).
• Responsible for the trading forecast for chargeable spares and refurbishments.
• Responsible for the management of NCCs on the above mentioned service lines.
• Responsible for the management of disputed debt.
• Overall responsibility of the GM and Ebit of the above mentioned service lines.
• Supervise delivery teams and their work to ensure business targets are met.
• Overall responsibility for the delivery and management of Chargeable above productlines through the PM@Siemens gates (PM100 to PM670), as well as any communication with customers related to the delivery of parts and contractual obligations*.
• Coordination with SCM for the demand forecast planning.
• Responsible for the management of priorities within existing demand and management of escalations.
• Project management of commercial issues and disputes with customers.
• Management of departmental projects & deputizing for Head of Spares and Overhauls.
• Assist Commercial Product Manager and Head of Spares and Overhauls in service product strategy
• Development of processes and procedures to ensure consistent business targets are met, as well as continuous improvement.
• Overall responsibility of project management for commercial issues and disputes with customers.
• Individual development for team members.
Your profile?
• University degree (3-5 yrs). Preferably experience from Supply Chain Management functions and/or, Sales and Delivery, Operations, on global markets.
• Have held Previous management roles.
• Experience from Global companies with complex internal structures and products with regional offices in multiple countries.
• Good understanding of customs requirements for worldwide trade.
• Preferable within the Gas Turbines/ Electric Generators/ compressors/ pumps industry.
• Strong commercial and financial knowledge (Contractual terms and conditions, Gross margin, debt etc).
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Strong problem solving and creative thinking skills.
• Ability to work within a team.
• Continous improvement orientation.
