About the role
We are expanding our Strategy team and are looking for a Head of Strategic Analysis to lead strategic efforts.
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Lead strategic efforts / analyses to help shape our strategic direction and drive business decisions and business development
• Support preparation of board / external communications material
• Work independently with limited direction and lead execution, while also guiding and developing more junior team members
This role requires a solid foundation of analytical and leadership skills. You will need to quickly shape a hypothesis for testing, identify relevant information sources, ensure required data is collected, contribute to the analysis (and guide other team members in their analysis), draw insights, and document / communicate findings.
You will be presented with numerous opportunities to further develop your leadership and communications role. In addition, you will build strong relationships with key stakeholders through exposure to and collaboration with team members in other central functions, local markets, as well as the leadership team.
What we would like you to have
Besides an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to deal with constant change, we would like you to have:
• Business-oriented academic degree (MSc, BSc, or equivalent)
• 6+ years of experience in business management or consulting
• Solid knowledge of strategy, business development, and project management
• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently, lead other people, and know when to involve management
• Strong communication skills
• Passion for what you do, a can-do-attitude, and empathy when managing others
• Ability and willingness to travel in Europe (if / when required)
