hela Sverige Scania is currently undergoing an exciting transformation from a traditional truck manufacturer to a provider of complete sustainable transport solutions. Scania's ability to utilize the power of software and data is crucial for this transformation, both to make the current core more efficient and to build the future transport system.
We are looking for a senior manager with responsibility for our Industrial ERP backbone, utilizing SAP capabilities and surrounding technology eco system. The backbone is a key component for a better and more stable flow in Scania supply chain and a foundation for a better data set which can be used to apply AI and data driven decisions.

As senior manager for SAP for the Industrial ERP Backbone you will work closely with the departments within Scania Industrial sine to establish a flexible and future-proof IT landscape that supports existing business as well as future business models.
Your profile
You are great at building networks and sending a direction for change journeys to get people excited and on board. Apart from introducing new modern solutions and services you have a sensitive eye for uptime and understand how important learning from deviations is in a culture of continuous improvements.
Your Stakeholder management skills are very good as you are expected to handle multiple business relations as well as coordinate several IT service delivery organizations to support your business. You 'll be developing a wide network of contacts both within and outside of Sweden, therefore you need to be proficient in written and spoken Swedish and English.
It is a great advantage if you have experience in leading groups / units delivering ERP solutions as well as it is an advantage to have knowledge about Scania industrial side.
To be successful in this role you will enjoy working in a global, evolving and dynamic environment. Problem-solving, meeting tight deadlines and achieving results are as critical as strong relationship skills to continue to utilize the power of software & data for Scania business.
