About us
Volvo Cars and the entire Automotive industry is on a massive transformation journey on many levels. Electrification connected vehicles and online D2C (Direct to Customer) business models is only examples of fundamental changes. This requires new capabilities both commercially and technically.
The Revenue Management team in the Car Service Business (Aftermarket) organization is at the heart of the commercial aftermarket, working with many different stakeholders to secure the bottom-line profitability on an ever changing environment.

Then the role Head of Revenue Management will be a perfect fit for you.

What will you do
You will be responsible to set the overall strategic direction for the Revenue Management and Price area. In this role, you will be part of the Car Service Commercial Management Team, where you not only provide input on your own direct area of responsibility, but the complete scope of Car Service Commercial.
You will lead a team, also including a manager with an own team, with a diverse range of commercial support functions. The main part of the team is responsible for the pricing of our Spare Parts. Also setting the overall price strategy and securing benchmark data for a fact-based pricing.
The team is also supporting the Business Owners in the neighbouring teams with analytical support regarding the sales and profitability, as well as car parc development.
Other responsibilities will include Retailer remuneration, Cost reduction initiatives, Business Plan work and business case calculations for new initiatives.

What you'll bring
You have a great financial and business understanding, previously worked in a commercial environment and are dedicated to creating hands on customer value in everything you do.
In addition, we believe you have...
• Proven leadership capabilities, preferably from a commercial setting.
• Experience to drive strategic initiatives to senior stakeholders.
• Proven experience from commercial analytics of complex business models.
• Experience from price management (both operations/strategy).
• Commercial aftermarket experience is beneficial.
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English is a must. Any additional language is beneficial.
• MBA/MSc degree.
