hela Sverige As Head of Project Management you belong to the Operations team at System Integration and Substation Services in Sweden. You will be manager over a team of Project Managers that lead projects primarily in Sweden and also Export projects. Your primary task will be to coach, lead and develop the team as well as processes. You will ensure that the project management team is well organized so that the individual projects are being executed efficiently, on time, on budget and to excellent quality even under challenging circumstances. You will also support the project managers in setting priorities, guiding them in their projects as well as in their careers. Furthermore, you will ensure continuous improvements and implementation of large improvement projects to further develop our profitability.
First and foremost, your personal qualities are vital for success. You enjoy leading and developing people and are used to building strong relationships. You are highly self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability and enjoy the challenge to make your team thrive and deliver excellent results.
As a foundation, you hold a minimum of Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and have 10 years of relevant work experience within the area. You have leadership experience, preferably with staff responsibility and display strong communication skills in addition to strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Furthermore, you must be proficient in Swedish and English, written and spoken alike.
