WHAT UTOPIANS DO
We are building a better world for music with innovative big data technology that tracks online music sources and translates them into meaningful music consumption reports for royalty collection. The solution we're building does not threaten to usurp the role of industry incumbents - it is about bringing transparency in the industry and supporting efficient royalty collection.
WHAT YOUR ROLE WILL BE
You will be responsible for the product excellence of all the Product teams at Utopia. You will ensure that we deliver the right products in the right way, leveraging the full potential of the product management handicraft. Hence, both faster go-to-market and optimised customer value through deep user insights, streamlined product delivery methods, clear product strategies, and coherent product roadmaps.
You will work closely with both Head of Design, as well as Product Managers and engineering to define and continuously improve ways of working. You will report to our Chief Product Officer and be part of the Utopia Product management team, and you will support your peers to align on a clear product strategy, and ensure we have an iterative way of evolving and improving it.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• You will lead the work of defining and executing towards OKRs both for the Product teams as well as the Product functional area.
• You will mentor other Product Managers who lead Product teams towards product excellence.
• You will educate and develop all members of the cross functional Product teams on how to gain product success.
• You will set up Playbooks for how we perform product discovery, product delivery, planning, setting OKRs etc and educate both existing and new team members on the Utopia way of building products that customers love.
• You will have a key role in onboarding acquired companies into Product teams of Utopia.
• You will be an informal leader and expert of product excellence. You are expected to present findings and learnings to both peers and the rest of the organisation.
• You will support all Product teams to define scope for their products, create product roadmaps, development plans, lead towards definition of done, and set, measure and drive towards KPIs for all deliveries.
You are a considered expert in product management and will deep dive in all product management methodologies and trends. You are an expert in agile product development, especially Marty Cagan's dual-track methodologies. You will support other Product managers through both the discovery and delivery phase. You will ensure that the hypotheses are validated by real customers. You will support the Product managers to slice all work into as small chunks as possible, to speed up delivery and enable us to adjust direction fast.
You are furthermore expected to be a great colleague and friend, as the rest of Utopians will be to you. You are expected to listen and discuss, in favor of arguing, and always support your colleagues when you can. You are expected to be open, transparent, curious and friendly.

REQUIREMENTS
• 7+ years as a Product Manager in a hyper scale environment.
• Advanced Leadership skills.
• Experience with defining and executing towards OKRs
• Experience in working with data in a cloud based environment.
• You are an expert in agile product development, inspired by Marty Cagan's dual-track methodologies, and always work on improving ways of working.
• You are an excellent both formal informal leader and able to drive change throughout the organisation.
• Track record with successful acquisitions.
• Strong communication skills and experience in collaborating with different hierarchy levels.
• Advanced communication and presentation skills in English (both written and oral).

• We are supporting work permits for employees that moved here from countries outside the EU. However, we do not support relocation at the moment. Our remote policy allows employees flexible remote work but we don't hire outside Sweden for this position.
