We are looking for a world class Head of Product Design to take part in redefining the financial industry.
20 years ago, Nordnet Bank redefined banking as the first completely digital bank in Europe. Now we are about to do it again. Your Role
We are looking for a passionate and driven Head of Product to lead our team of Designers and Customer researchers, and set the design vision for Nordnet. You will contribute to the Nordnet product strategy and thus also part of building the overall Nordnet corporate strategy. You are overall responsible for securing that all our products are designed so that customers love to use them. Your Designers sit in product teams with Product Owners and engineers to build UI Kits, wireframes, concepts, prototypes and designs. Your Customer researchers validate and test products on real customers in an early state to gain insights and knowledge about our customers, products and how our customers want to use our products. Your team is data driven and work closely with analytics to gain insights on the current designs and customer behavior. Your mission is to create the next generation design and user interface for managing private finances and all our financial products.

• You are a strong leader and influencer, and create trends instead of following them
• You have numerous times lead product design teams into designing successful products customers love to use
• You are a top-notch designer; you can design beautiful things and see what value design brings to a product
• You are an expert in user experience, and making the customer journey joyful and smooth
• You have a visionary mindset and are able to not only look into the future, but build a vision and inspire others
• You are an expert in customer acquisition and conversion, and know how to hold the customers hand throughout the experience
• You love fintech and have a vision for the future of finance, you have extensive experience in working in the fintech field
• You have a positive can-do attitude and a passion for life
• You identify with Nordnet's core values: committed, curious, smart and honest
Your Qualifications
• A minimum of three years of Head of Product Design or similar
• At least 2-5 years of experience from a fintech focused company
• A professional command of both spoken and written Swedish and English.
