hela Sverige We are looking for a supportive and driven Line Manager to our department Product management at Saab Training & Simulation in Huskvarna! Product management is responsible for managing products to ensure that goals are met and requirements fulfilled in accordance with Saab's Product Life Cycle Management (PLCM) process. The market demands for new product capabilities is growing and we are now searching for someone to help us expand and strengthen our global product portfolio.
Your role
As a line manager for Product management, you ensure that your employees have the best conditions to do their job. You are supportive, present and passionate about developing both individuals and working methods. Currently, your department consists of approximately 13 product owners/product managers and you will report to the Head of Programs and Product management.
You will have the responsibility for your employees, whom you also coach, guide and motivate in order to achieve both individual and joint goals. You will lead the team to ensure that Saab T&S has the global product portfolio in accordance to market demands and product roadmaps.
Within Product management the main responsibilities are:
• The global product portfolio
• Initiate R&D developments
• Market and Bid support
Your profile
Your most important qualities are that you are confident in your role as a leader and have the desire, interest and commitment to learn and develop. You are interested in working with and developing the group and its individuals in line with the company's goals. You also have the ability to identify, anchor and drive new ways of working. You need to be coaching, proactive, able to prioritize and have good communication skills.

• Strong leadership qualities and experience of leading people with particular focus on HOW.
• Successful track-record, demonstrating a high level of business acumen.
• Appropriate professional or post graduate qualification in business management or equal.
• Skills in communicating effectively across different teams, countries and cultures.
• Willingness and proven ability to manage complexity and to drive change.
• Fluent in both spoken and written Swedish and English.

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
