Arbetsuppgifter:
Ensure the implementation and communication of the relevant Global Commodity sourcing strategy.
Ensure the preparation of a complete sourcing package fulfilling projects, bids and Commodity stakeholders requirements.
Ensure the implementation of procurement transactional operations for relevant global commodities by: presenting sourcing recommendations to get sourcing approval for global commodities identifying sourcing tactics to leverage supplier base aiming to get competitive solutions leading commercial and contracts negotiations with support of local procurement organization (e.g. local specs/language/rules,.) formalizing achieved agreements by means of MoU, LOI, LOA and final Contract in respect of procurement delegated powers contributing to contract management in cooperation with project team .
Ensure the development and maintenance of a sustainable, world-class supplier database.
Ensure the achievement of bid targets and cost estimation (e.g. product benchmarking, "should cost" methodologies,.).
Ensure global partnership agreements based on solid analysis of the Company Market, utilizing internal forecast information.
Ensure the achievement of global commodity budget and periodical worldwide spend/cost reporting.
Ensure the monitoring and contribution to resolution of any (external or internal) issues when related to Global suppliers /Global Commodities (e.g.: variation order, contract clauses, .) in collaboration with local procurement units, if needed.
Utbildning/Erfarenhet:
University Degree (Engineering, Economics)/ MBA, PhD From 10 up to 15 years of Procurement expertise
