About the role
You lead and develop a team of process development experts who provide professional Process Excellence Services. You collaborate with business stakeholders cross the corporation to ensure the high quality of the end-to-end processes.
Fortum has several digital initiatives for which process improvement and change management are a substantial part in addition to technology development. We also see a big potential in harnessing the data to transform business processes.
You are working through projects to develop Fortum's business processes, as a part of Fortum's most priority projects or standalone business process improvement initiatives. You are responsible for delivering the process development outcomes and leading project specific virtual teams with your team members. Lead value generating initiatives with measureable impact.
You are responsible to build the Process Excellence Strategy and Plans for execution. Work closely with other Domains within the Unit and Business to accelerate Digitalization agenda in Fortum.
You co-operate closely with the Enterprise Architecture team to align the process development with target architecture and contribute to the development of EA methods and tools.
The position can be located in Espoo, Stockholm or Wroclaw.

What we are looking for
You are a professional with high energy and drive to achieve. You have strong change management skills, ability to build a common vision and inspire people around you. You question status quo in a constructive way, encourage collaboration and have the ability to propose innovative solutions. In our work things can change fast, so you are flexible to changes in priorities.
You have deep experience in Business Process Management and Process transformation programs. You have good knowledge of EA tools and methods. You have good track record of leading process transformation , change management and a high performing team, prefebly also having deployed Process mining and Process Automation at scale.
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or another relevant field is highly valued, fluency in English is a must
