We are now looking for Head of Process Excellence and Partners ? Major Market (located in Stockholm, Sweden). Depending on actual business requirements travel within Nordic and abroad will be required from time to time.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Define, prepare and ensure process deployment compliance
Where even applicable, come up with tailoring criteria for specific local requirements
Identify, prioritize, support and deliver a range of continuous improvement and business process
Monitor and control process deployment activities and report metrics for the operating unit
Identify auditable entities in the geography and the scope of process deployment
Maintain risk and ensure that the mitigation actions are taken effectively
Ensure deployment of Knowledge Management processes
Interact with process deployment leads within the company for feedback and improvement recommendations
Develop, implement and drive joint business plans
Manage sales, partner support satisfaction and partner engagement
Work with TCS Partner Network to increase effectiveness of new sales and joint business
Engage the relevant internal TCS and partner resources on workshops, and readiness programs for building capability to deliver
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
More than 10 years of experience in IT
MBA or equivalent is an added advantage
Should be able to write and communicate in English with different regions
Excellent communication skills to engage with the senior leadership
Have technical competence to understand and sell solutions
Should be able to build relationship with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to train associates on applicable sales and delivery processes
