In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
• Steer IT portfolios, both for Cards and Payments, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market development.
• Lead operational execution of portfolio strategies, optimizing delivery and maximizing value.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT and business units to drive portfolio initiatives.
• Manage investment decisions, prioritizing projects based on strategic impact and ROI.
• Oversee risk management within portfolios, ensuring robust controls and compliance with regulations.
• Enable innovation by identifying use of emerging technologies and methodologies.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to refine portfolio strategy and contribute to overall business strategy.
• Track and report on portfolio performance, making adjustments as necessary to meet business goals.
What is needed in this role:
• Relevant academic background
• 10+ years in IT portfolio management, with proven leadership in financial services.
• Strong project and portfolio management skills, with relevant certifications.
• Experience with Agile and Lean methodologies.
• Experience in leading large and diverse teams.
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement across levels.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Fluency in Swedish and English.
• Commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
