hela Sverige We are recruiting a dedicated Manager to lead Dairy Operations Engineering, managing engineering capabilities and customer orders in Business Unit Liquid Food within Tetra Pak® Processing Systems.
As a unit, we have the responsibility to produce a competitive product portfolio, including services, and to manage our products throughout their life cycle to support value based business.
As Manager for Operations Engineering you will be responsible for leading engineering managers and a team of order project leaders. Main deliverable is to secure correct order fulfilment, in a seamless and transparent co-operation with market companies and Supply Chain.
You will oversee 2 direct reporting managers and two teams of total 40 engineers and the full team of Order Project Leaders, reporting to the Dairy Business Stream Director.
The position is based in Lund, Sweden.
Main responsibilities
• Lead and develop Dairy Operations Engineering and direct reporting managers
• Ensure customer orders are delivered on time
• Represent engineering in Dairy mgmt. team
• Make budget and follow up the result
• Prioritise resources according to the organisations priority policy
• Drive customer issues together with Market Company and internal resources.
• Communicate globally with colleagues in market companies and regional production sites.
• Ensure cooperation and resource sharing with other engineering sites
Qualifications
• Master's Degree in Science&Engineering or equivalent
• 5-7 years' experience as manager, prior experience of leading other managers is beneficial
• Proven track-record of leading in an operational organisation
• Experience from the Food industry/Production is a merit, as well as from following areas: Project management, Automation or Process design in food production process, particularly in dairy

You are used to working at a high pace and have a track record for always delivering on your team's commitment. You are a natural at supporting and motivating managers and employees to achieve personal and team goals. You also can find common ground quickly to solve problems for the good of all.
To be successful in this role you need to be an experienced leader, you have at least 5 years' experience in a managerial position with a technical educational background. As well, you need to speak and write English fluently.
