HEAD OF MARKETING TO ARVATO FINANCE AB

Do you seek an opportunity to work in an expansive company in a role as Head of Marketing for Sweden? We are looking for a new Head of Marketing to arvato Finance AB (Arvato) in Sweden with a broad experience in marketing, preferable from banking and finance sector, digital competence and leadership experience. In your team, you have a Content manager and you will report to the Marketing & Sales director for Sweden and Finland. We are looking for a person with the potential to grow and develop within the company. It is a permanent placement at the office in Stockholm.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

Your responsibility will be to manage and oversee marketing initiatives across several streams and technical platforms to drive sales, engagement, retention, leads and positive customer behaviour. You will plan and execute the Arvato marketing strategy to influence for example the way Arvato is positioned in the Swedish market and sales funnel contribution. Your responsibilities span a wide spectrum of B2B marketing activities from assessing new marketing channels and measuring ROI on all marketing activities, formalizing social media and advertising campaigns, messaging and event strategy. You enjoy switching between the strategic and the operational perspective.
Arvato Finance AB is part of Arvato Finance Solutions (AFS) global structure. Therefore, in this role, you will also work with the AFS group marketing function to secure that local strategies are harmonized with group market plans and strategies. You will also work closely with product development and the sales organisation to develop go-to-market strategies for new solutions.

Other tasks could be;

• Ensuring that all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice.
• Optimize all content for search and user experience for all channels of content including online, social media, email, mobile, print and in-person.
• Establish a strategic and tactical marketing plan connected to AFS global marketing strategy
• Support the incubation of AFS global market strategy
• Drive and steer the operational planning securing activities are supporting our growth objectives
• Activate global brand positioning and adapt for local brand positioning and communication
• Heading the content and budget planning for the local plans
• Leading a small team of marketers
• Drive ROI assessment of working and non-working marketing spend, by identifying and developing critical metrics to gather insight and analytics into performance by marketing activities/channels/campaigns and determining the right growth and positioning opportunities for Arvato needs.
• Collaborating across different functional groups and key stakeholders to address critical marketing deliverables.

WHO YOU ARE?

We believe it is important that you are up to date with digital marketing and preferable account based marketing. You understand the needs in a B2B sales oriented organisation and have a commercial mindset. You have a strong ability to communicate and build collaborations in the entire organization with different stakeholders and drive both strategic directions and hands on activities. To succeed in this role, you demonstrate excellent problem solving, organizational and analytical skills with proven ability to interpret data to provide recommendations and develop strategies to the vast leadership teams. No stranger to working in a constantly changing environment, you convey a sense of urgency and juggle and prioritize multiple tasks with ease, never missing a deadline. You have excellent skills in MS Office, web publishing tools and Google analytics. Multilingual abilities are a major plus but you are at least fluent in Swedish and English in speech and writing.

You also need to have;

• Six or more years of professional experience, with three or more years of experience in a leadership role.
• Proven record of accomplishment in initiating and driving industry-leading marketing strategy, preferable in an established technology-finance company.
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial and operational experience in managing teams to identify marketing and advertising opportunities, associated risks, and ways to increase marketing ROI.
• Proven business acumen, innovation and effective communication skills, comfort in managing multiple projects concurrently and working in a fast-paced environment with a high-energy team.
• Demonstrated creativity and proven capability to execute on ideas.
• Combination of in-house and agency marketing experience.
• Bachelor's degree from a leading university
