Purpose
The purpose with the job is to be responsible for all Marketing Communications activities in the company and You will teamlead 6 professionals. The Marketing communications is mainly B2B and is
operated on a global basis.
Responsibility for
• Creating the Marketing Communications strategy
• Creating long and short term high level plans
• Team lead six professionals in the MarCom area
• Appraisals, setting objectives and follow up, salary reviews, budget, recruitment
• Set up and ensure good cooperation with other functions within the company, such as Product Management and Sales Plan, oraganize and schedule multiple tasks and projects to staff members; ensure
projects are completed on time and within budget
• Responsible for the high level external market messages
• Responsible to provide general external presentations to be used by the rest of the company
• Drive Co-Marketing activities with licensees and partners
• End to end responsibility for all marketing material
Education and experiences
• Marketing degree and a minimum 5 years marketing experience, including marcoms and/or product marketing
• Relevant telecom experience (B2B)
• Experience in working with mobile phone manufacturers and network operators is a plus
• Experience is working in an international environment
• Experience in leading teams, with at least three professionals
• Experience in execute marketing campaigns
• Experience defining marketing collateral needs and execute on plan according to budget
Competency
• Excellent English communications skills, verbal and written
• Ability to understand technical features and translate them into business arguments
• Adjusts quickly to changing priorities and copes well with complexity
• Motivates by example and fosters a positive working environment
• Strong character
