International Assignments is supporting the global Scania organisation with administration of contracts, coordination of salaries, social fees, pensions and additional preparations, following time-limited international employments. The department is organised within XC, Executives, Compensation & Benefits, and is part of the Corporate HR function.

Job description
In the position as Head of International Assignments, you are responsible for developing the operation in order to fulfil the Scania business' demands for global mobility.The team consists of six co-workers - mobility specialists and coordinators - with the main responsibility for constitution of contracts and validation of conditions for Expatriates, Short-terms and Personnel Enhancement Programme (PEP) within Scania's existing and new markets.

Job requirements
You preferably have a couple of years' experience of Global Mobility at a multinational company as well as experience of implementing methods within relevant areas. You have good knowledge of suppliers within pension and tax. An important task is to give support to local HR departments.To succeed in the position you should have international experience and worked as a manager and a leader for some years. You have an excellent command of both written and spoken English. The person we are looking for has an academic education within HR, Economy or Law. As a person, you are communicative, have high integrity and are result oriented.
