What you will be a part of
Surveillance provides efficient solutions for safety and security, for surveillance and decision support, and for threat detection and protection. The portfolio covers airborne, ground-based and naval radar, electronic warfare, combat systems and C4I solutions, and traffic management systems.
Division C4I Solutions at Business Unit Combat Systems and C4I Solutions (C2S) is looking for a Head of the Integration and Hardware Department.
C4I Solutions division consists of eight departments, seven located in Järfälla and one in Luleå. The Integration and Hardware department consists of about 18 co-workers. The field of competence for the department is within systems development and integration, the hardware part is mainly focused on COTS-products.
Your role
You will be responsible for the development of competencies in line with the business needs, both with a long-term strategic focus and with the daily operational needs. You will:
support the co-workers development by giving feedback and setting up individual goals
contribute to continuous development of agile ways of working in cooperation with the Projects and Product organisation
be responsible for cost center budget and result
be a member of C4I Solutions Management Team

Documented leadership skills in roles as line manager and/or project manager.
Experience from product development.
