Your Mission
Insurance is a key ingredient in the Care by Volvo subscription offer. It is a large part of the monthly cost and critical in creating a great customer experience. With our aggressive Care by Volvo volume and business ambitions we are now looking for the right talent make sure we source the best insurances for our cars and customers. We are looking for a Care by Volvo Head of Insurance sourcing and management that will:
* Build up the Insurance Management set up in Care by Volvo
+ In close cooperation with other CbV functions (Operations, Commercial, Finance, Digital and Risk Management)
+ Establish close cooperation with Volvo Cars Financial Service, that is the centre of expertise for insurance in the wholesales business
* Set demands and requirements on CbV insurance offer
+ Create competitive customer offers market by market
+ Innovative insurance products
* Source car insurance in the respective CbV market
+ Investigate current insurance business in each CbV market
+ Set insurance requirements based on the offer
+ Perform Request for Quotations/Collect/Investigate insurance quotes
+ Provide CbV Management team with recommendation for sourcing
* Drive efficient handling of insurances
+ Ensure process for insurance registration
+ Ensure insurance efficient claims processes
+ Ensure training is in place around insurance handling
+ Create necessary interfaces to insurance partners
Do you fit the profile?
We seek an expert in the car insurance area with several years of experience who is used to working in global organizations. We beleive you need to be a true team player who can is innovative and ready to work in a very dynamic environment. Others would describe you as strong business person with great negotiations skills. Ideally you have a university degree in a relevant field.
The role will report to the COO of Care by Volvo.
Location
Stockholm or HQ Gothenburg. Please indicate your location preference in your cover letter.
