Craft a world of joyful moments
As Head of HR and People Development at Fazer you will take the lead and ownership of People development agenda, policies and practices as well as compensation and benefits and performance management related guidelines and instructions across Fazer Group. Your role supporting Fazer's transformation is critical. You drive Fazer's development around talent management and leadership topics and you will bring your expertise in getting Fazer to new level developing our people and competencies. As part of your role, you will drive best practices and provide guidance and support for HR operations in Sweden, especially on compensation and benefits topics as well as on performance management. You will also act as a functional lead towards Fazer HRD network across the Group. You have a team of 1-2 direct reports and additional dotted line reports in HRD network.
Your position is located in Fazer Group functions in Sweden, Stockholm and you report to Fazer Group's Head of People & Transformation. You are member of Fazer Group's HR management team.

What you will bring to team?
You have a broad experience in HR in international companies with capacity to translate own functional experience to support Fazer's different business models. You have worked with topics of performance management, leadership and culture development as well as compensation and benefits planning. To succeed in this role, you have a strong business acumen and a high ability to think strategically. You are interested in digital solutions and their development in talent development context, both in production and operations as well as in office environment . You are known for your development-oriented mindset and excellent collaboration skills. You interact fluently in cross-cultural, matrix environment and you have skills to make decisions and find solutions as well as motivate and inspire others. You speak and write fluently in English and Swedish. Furthermore, other Nordic languages and Russian are beneficial.
