Main responsibilities:
* Management of the HR department and ensure provision of coaching, mentoring, development and performance management of the HR team
* Being the expertise in the HR field, both strategically and operationally
* Implement and drive HR policies and programs
* Handle all aspects of employee relations and development plans
* Have a consultative and coordinating role as a competent advisor to leaders and executives
* Responsibility of HR Budget and HR Business plan
* Manage negotiations and councils within the HR area
* Continuously seek and implement improvements and cost savings within the HR area
* Oversee and be ultimately responsible for the accuracy regarding compensation and benefits

Qualifications and experience:
* Bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent, 10 years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Demonstrated leadership skills and business driven with ability to improve on current HR processes and initiatives
* Thorough knowledge of HR laws and regulations
* Experience in recruiting and staffing
* Strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently and as a member of a team or committee
* Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet project deadlines
* Strong interpersonal skills with ability to deal effectively with all levels of the company organization
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Flexible and willing to work in a constantly changing environment
