hela Sverige Do you want to contribute to the evolution of Group Truck Operations Management System and support GTO on its journey of continuous improvements through an integrated management system enabling end-to-end customer view? If yes, have a look!
We are looking for Head of Management Systems that will have a key role in the evolution of Group Truck Operations ISO management system, its digitalization, stronger integration with VPS and sustainability and stronger focus on end-to-end customer perspective. You will develop new integrated approach and lead the internal MS networks. You will help us to adjust, simplify and continuously improve GTO management system and related IT solutions and you will support GTO entities doing the same. As Volvo Group is evolving into more integrated work with sustainability, developing products through agile way of working with VPS as foundation of GTO management system you will work towards integration of the above into GTO management system, putting GTO business into focus of MS and strengthen end-to-end customer needs. This journey is dependent on developing new approaches, we rely on your competence within the field, creativity and cooperation with GTO entities to find the most efficient and effective steps we can take. With your support, we will secure the necessary improvements of Group Truck Operations' management system and by that contribute to the overall GTO mission as well as improved customer and societal satisfaction.
Your role will be, based on latest research within the field, external development and GTO internal needs, to develop strategic steps of MS evolution into an integrated system securing full compliance to existing ISO standards while strengthening end-to-end view. You will train and coach GTO organization and support GTO operational units in deployment. You will be GTO contact towards Volvo Group organizations and you will take active part in cooperation across Volvo Group on continuous improvements of Volvo Group approach to management system. You will lead several GTO internal networks, cooperate, and support units' Quality functions in strategic and tactical matters. We want you to bring inspirations and new ideas and motivate GTO functions on this journey.
Who are we looking for?
We believe you are a person who has profound experience within a broad scope of quality management through ISO in industrial operations and enjoy working in a large multifunctional organization. You know ISO 9001 and 14001 standards well and can translate it to the strategic level of GTO management system. You are well acquainted with VPS foundation and preferably agile way of developing product. You have working knowledge of IT systems and have the ability to lead the digitalization of MS adding end user perspective. You grasp sustainability needs and ambitions and can lead strengthening of MS in this area. You are self-driven, motivated by challenges and action oriented. You are systematic in your approach and bring structure into the process. You are good at planning. You have strategic capabilities and good presentation skills and you have sustainability close to your heart as part of your personal values and your leadership.
We would like you to have a relevant university degree, broad scope of competence in areas mentioned above and several years' experience with strategic quality/ISO management and be proficient in English. You have intrapreneurial approach, coaching and training skills that you will use in order to increase our competence within environmental area.
