We are looking for a Head of Growth to generate leads for our sales team and move the needle for our business. We are a team of 20 who want to help people be more productive at work.

What is Deskmate?

Deskmate is a thin but powerful software interface that sits between a user and their digital basket of software programs.

As a user, you see a single "dashboard view" that connects all your digital tools, and it automates a bunch of office processes, which minimises errors as well as giving you hours of time back, every week.

It's pretty powerful and there's a lot more things it does, including powering search across all your data with a single click. You can easily find your information wherever it is - in a Google Doc, Slack channel or on some other platform.

But, when you boil it all down, it just makes a user's professional life a heap easier.

There's less duplication, and users are much more efficient because all their software tools are connected and talking to one another!

What's the job like?

We are looking for a Head of Growth to help spread the word and generate inbound sales. Your colleagues will be doing sales, customer success, design and software development. You'll have plenty to work with.

Working with the CEO and closely with most team members, you'll be responsible for the continued development of our growth strategy, both at a strategic and execution level.

Your job is to explore what pumps out the quarters on the Deskmate growth machine.

Initially you will have sole responsibility for 'Growth' (albeit with the support of the wider team, as this isn't a role that lives in isolation) but in time you will assist with recruiting those colleagues you feel are going to help you achieve the ambitions for the products, in terms of growth.
