We are now looking for a Head of Finance (Operations) to join our growing Delivery Hero Nordics group for Sweden, Finland and Norway. In this role you will take on the responsibility of the financial accounting and reporting in our operating countries to ensure compliance and quality of our financial tasks. Head of Finance (Operations) responsibilities include monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting and ensuring all accounting activities comply with policies and regulations. You will also build and improve our financial accounting and reporting processes.
You will lead a team of five accountants in the Nordic region and you will work closely with Delivery Hero Group's international finance team, country management teams, local teams and other stakeholders.
This position is located in Stockholm, Sweden and as Head of Finance you will report to Delivery Hero Nordics' CFO who is positioned in Finland.

Who are we looking for?
You have a Master of Business Administration or equivalent skills and a background of at least 5-7 years of relevant work experience from accounting or auditing as a CPA. We see that you have leadership experience from at least team leader or manager role and want to develop your leadership skills. You have strong experience in IFRS, local GAAP and internal controls. Since we work in an international environment you need to be fluent in English and have good communication skills in Swedish. If you even speak Finnish it is a plus. Experience in SAP, transfer pricing and service business in the Nordics are highly valued.
To be successful in this position you are performance oriented and have strong problem solving skills as well as a high level of delivery against set targets and deadlines. As a person you have a positive mindset and attitude to ensure smooth interaction with international team members. You have strong communication and networking skills and you appreciate a low hierarchy environment. You are a motivating leader with a strong drive to develop as well as being highly goal oriented.
