In October 2011 we acquired Edvantage Group, and e-learning business with both SaaS-based solutions and expertise in on-demand and custom content services. Our office in Stockholm is located close to Gamla Stan, and we have about 20 people working in our Stockholm office.
Tasks:
• Accounting for 3 Swedish companies:
• Supplier invoices
• Payment of supplier invoices
• Customer billing
• Register payments from customers
• Dunning letters
• VAT reconciliation
• Social Security/Tax report and reconciliation
• Reconciliation of several balance sheet accounts
• Provide the payroll company of variables
• Contact with both customers, suppliers and Public Sector like The Swedish Tax Agency
• Accruals and prepayments
• Some administration tasks
Qualifications:
• 3-5 years relevant working experience
• A very good understanding of accounting and accounting processes
• good computer skills
Personal skills:
• High working capacity
• Structured and responsible
• A good team player as well as being able to work independent
• Service minded, solution oriented and good co-operational skills
• Good communication skills
