What will be your daily work in this role:

• Responsibility for the ESG Reporting for Swedbank Group covering both CSRD and EU Taxonomy.

• Drive initiatives in the ESG Reporting area comprising many areas of the bank.

• Communication and explanation of new regulatory requirements and how they affect Swedbank.

• Assure governance and an internal control environment in the ESG reporting area.

• Aligning your work and the team's contribution to the bank's direction and strategy.

• Defining clear responsibilities and priorities for your team members.

• Ensuring the continuous development of your team and your own leadership skills.

• .be part of an engaged team of professionals, who ensures correct and regulatory compliant ESG Reporting. Our team is in the driving seat for implementation activities for regulatory changes in the area such as CSRD and EU Taxonomy. Besides long experience and deep knowledge in the non-financial reporting topics, the team is also highly skilled in communication and coordination since there are many stakeholders in the bank delivering into the area. As manager for ESG Reporting you will lead a team of six employees. Since ESG is a new area of responsibility for Group Finance and the area is evolving, this is a new position. The team has up until now been part of a reporting Expert team in Group Finance but will now form its' own team and area of expertise. Focus for the coming years is a lot about manage and implement regulatory changes in the area. You will be working with a confident team with high competence in the ESG area that can guide in decision makings and support in setting directions in a qualified manner. For IT development issues there is a team within Finanial and ESG Reporting, Reporting change and development, that supports in ESG data matters and IT reporting solutions.
