What you will be a part of
Group ICT, the Saab central IT organisation, provides all of Saab common IT-related services, which include technology solutions, applications, development, management, operations and support. Based on business needs Group ICT defines and develops new IT services as well as operation and support of existing IT services.
To improve and speed up global standardization and governance, and at the same time ensure that global and local support is seamlessly integrated into one support system Group ICT is undergoing a change. The idea with the new organization and ways of working is to clarify Global management vs. regional and local support and delivery, and to better manage several focuses on change and improved service.
We are now looking for a Head of Enterprise Application to join our team!

Your role
This is a senior organisational and leadership role in a technically advanced company. As Head of Enterprise Applications you need to understand and have experience and knowledge of the process areas you will work with. The main area is Product Management where driving the life cycle of our IT-products/services with roadmaps is essential. You will also need an overall knowledge of how the disciplines, such as HR, Finance and R&D etc., operate within Saab.
To be successful in this role you need to be responsive and adaptable; listen, communicate and work hard to offer good solutions. You are business oriented with focus on the customer. You have the ability to inspire others and to work with change management.
Your skills and experience
We believe you have a university degree or equivalent. Several years' experience from leading others is essential, as well as experience leading other leaders. Work experience from project management, product management and/or IT service delivery is a must. Good knowledge of spoken and written Swedish and English is necessary as you will have a wide variety of contacts both within and outside of Sweden.
You are a communicative person with a great interest and ability to work with people on all position levels. You are a problem solver, willing to put effort into finding a way forward. You are driven to always deliver improved business value to Saab. You have the ability to take a holistic view of things but shift it down to measures that need to be taken to reach the desired position in the future.
