Position Responsibilities:
Managerial responsibility
„X Lead a team of 2 experts in charge of employee value proposition, retention, employee engagement surveys on the one hand and external workforce management on the other hand.
„X Development of the overall employment and engagement strategy, including formulation of long term goals and short term plans together with the team
„X Identification of priorities in line with the overall HR roadmap, development, execution and evaluation of project plans, and related budget management
Expert responsibility
„X Definition of an integrated employment framework for NSN on the basis of the NSN employee value proposition and the NSN values, taking employee needs and business requirements into consideration
„X Responsibility for the design, and implementation of global employment concepts, guidelines, and policies for topics such as employment types, work environment flexibility, employee mobility, and separation
„X Benchmarking with parent companies and external organizations to identify best practices and innovations in employment concepts
„X Regular revision of concepts and standards to ensure that they support the strategic business direction of NSN through systematic feedback collection from regional CoE Resourcing and Employment and Business HR teams
„X Consulting of regional and country HR teams in the development and implementation of region or country specific employment concepts and policies
„X Close cooperation with Regional CoE Heads, other Centres of Expertise as well as functions outside of HR such as Legal, Finance & Control, and Corporate Social Responsibility
„X Support of regional and business HR teams in all questions related to the proper application of employment concepts, including the development of change management approaches to ensure acceptance for global standards in all areas of the organization
