At Mabtech, we aim for awesome every time and in this role, you will be responsible for leading, inspiring, and developing our distribution team, responsible for product assembly- and order management.
About the role
We need your help to enable our ambition to grow. This is a key position, developing and improving current order management and shipping processes. You will be responsible for all processes involving inventory, supply planning, product assembly, order management and shipping. Your team consists of seven people working with product assembly and product distribution. The team is motivated to provide a high service level, making sure our products reach the life science community seamlessly in an efficient manner. Mabtech's quality management system holds certificates for ISO 9001 and ISO 13485. You report to the Chief Operating Officer and collaborate with all internal functions such as sales, marketing, finance, production, quality etc. In other words, a great responsibility, but you will never be alone.
Your main responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations in distribution, including product assembly, order management and shipping/logistics.
• Ensure that the supply chain process is highly efficient, sustainable, cost effective, and robust to fulfill customer requests worldwide.
• Collaborate with colleagues in the US, and distributors across the globe to ensure efficient ordering and shipping routines.
• Re-think and optimize the workflows by driving digitalization and automation.
• Inventory management and production planning.
• Manage and be responsible for our automated assembly system.
• Plan, allocate resources for, implement, and evaluate change in order to drive our business process optimization.
• Lead, inspire and develop the team.
Your profile
We are looking for a new enabler to make our distribution team perform at their best. To succeed in the role, we believe that you have experience from similar roles with high complexity product delivery to customers worldwide. You are a skilled project manager, eager to deliver improvements from idea to implementation. We believe that you bring valuable knowledge in logistics, export, shipping, international trade and that you are interested and able to learn all you need to know about our products from us.

Profile and qualifications:
• Higher education (e.g., BSc) in logistics, supply chain, or global trade with work experience from similar roles.
• Previous experience in supply chain management, preferably within the life science sector.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Leadership skills and an interest in developing the individuals in the teams.
• Experience in administrating and working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, or similar business systems.
• High technical skills and an interest in digitalization.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish.

About the recruiting company- Mabtech AB
We are a Swedish biotech company founded in 1986 by three researchers at Stockholm University. We develop and produce antibodies, kits and instruments for immune monitoring in life science research. The antibodies are mainly used for immunological research and in immunoassays such as ELISA, ELISpot and FluoroSpot.
The head office is located in Nacka Strand, where all functions from manufacturing to sales are based. The number of employees today is about 70 and the work culture is known for being dedicated and collaborative.
