The 3D visualizations and interactive sales and marketing applications we provide to some of the largest property developers in the world, help home buyers to better visualize new developments for sale online before construction has even begun.
We are now looking for a new Head of Digital Production that will head up our New Construction Production organization. You will lead a highly skilled and passionate team creating premium quality architectural visualizations (3D), VR/AR/MR solutions, and web applications/solutions for property developers and house builders around the world. Besides managing daily operations, you will also be part of the team developing and driving our business strategy, product development, production systems and offerings to the market. You will be part of the New Construction management team and report to the Managing Director New Construction. This is a full-time position based at our headquarters in Bangkok, Thailand.

To be able to fit into this role, you need to have a strong technical experience working in the field of 3D, digital and/or IT system development and experience working in an internationally and fast paced environment. You are an experienced manager that knows how to develop and build a high-performance team in a fast-paced technology environment. You have a passion for transforming businesses using technology and digital solutions. The role requires that you are structured, action oriented and an excellent problem solver. You enjoy the combination of working hands on but also drive long term strategic projects.
As our Head of Digital Production, you will:
• Have the overall responsibility for planning and organizing the operations of the New Construction Production department to accomplish the short and long-term goals of the organization
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the cost competitiveness of operations, quality standards, IT and software developments and competitors to drive the development of the company
• Drive process improvement and productivity initiatives
• Ensure project deliveries are in accordance with customer requirements in terms of quality, timeliness and consistency
• Drive the strategic development of the customer offerings, organization, content and technology situations
• Keep updated regarding the Developer and Home builder industry and technology development
• Lead the NC production organization and manage daily operations including all personnel management
• Have budget responsibility for the NC production organization
We believe you have:
• At least 5 years' professional work experience from the 3D, Web, Tech or IT industry
• At least 3 years' experience working in a managerial position
• Experience from working in an entrepreneurial environment
• Strong mentoring and coaching experience to a team with diverse levels of expertise
• Excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills
• An energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive approach. You are a team leader who can positively and productively impact both strategic and tactical business initiatives
• University degree, preferably Master's degree
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written
