Volvo Autonomous Solutions (V.A.S) is a new entity within the Volvo Group with the mission to offer transport solutions never seen before. The Digital and IT team is a new and growing team at Volvo Autonomous Solutions. Our mission is to enable the digital side of V.A.S. to transform from an internal start-up to a scale up. We work with our customers and partners to enable digital business models. We facilitate the work inside V.A.S. to secure that we have the right tools for the job and to succeed we fluently mix working with ambitious strategies as well as with hands on implementations.
Who are you?
As we don't know you yet, we might not have everything right about your background. But when we imagine how you are we believe that you have a passion for cyber security, that you have a foundation of technical knowledge but gained experience from how to generate wider impact on the organisation in terms of culture, processes, compliance and governance. As a foundation, you have a relevant University degree or equivalent professional experience. You understand the IT security challenges in fast growing digital "X-as-a-service" organizations, and have the ability prepare the organization with the right processes, skills, relationships, and capabilities against growing IT security risks.
Additional competences are:
Deep understanding of how IT- and information security contribute to increased protection of business operations
Skills and competence to coach and lead team members
Negotiation skills to support in supplier, partnership or customer dialogues on Cyber Security topics
Skills to effectively communicate complex technical information to internal stakeholders/projects
Experience with one or more security frameworks (NIST, ISO 21434, ISO 27001, MITRe, CIS, CCM)
One or more technical security certifications is a plus:
CCSP - Certified Cloud Security Professional
CISSP - Certified Information Systems Security Professional
CSSLP - Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional
CISM - Certified Information Security Manager
CSEC - SANS CIAC Security Essentials
What will you do?
You will build up and coordinate V.A.S. capabilities around cyber security, in tight collaboration with the functions in V.A.S., Group governance and our key partners.
Additional responsibilities are:
Establish and maintain a V.A.S. ISO 27000 certification
Establish and operate ISOC for V.A.S., coordinate cyber security responses with V.A.S. eco system
Act as a coach for V.A.S. on cyber security topics, champion a healthy security culture inside V.A.S.
Member of Volvo Group Cyber Security Council
Establish a network inside V.A.S. around cyber security
The location for this position is Gothenburg - Sweden.
