As Head of the Customer Service you will get to lead and develop powerful Customer Service Team and grow customer service related business in the Nordic region. THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL DO

As Head of the Customer Service your main task will be:

* Analyse the demand for customer service products, to understand the customer needs
* Develop customer relationships in the Nordics
* Develop and implement budget
* Manage work-teams; asses performance, carry out and follow career planning, succession planning and salaries
* Lead the recruitment and promotion processes
* Ensure secure and optimal working conditions for the employees

THE JOB IN BRIEF

As Head of Customer Service, you will do frequent customer visits, which include traveling mainly within the Nordic region and sometimes Europe. This means that approximately 50% of your time will be spent outside of the office in Malmö.

You will report to the Managing Director and be a part of the Nordic management team.

WHO ARE YOU?

As you will lead and develop the Customer Service Team you will need to have leadership experience, preferably from a technical customer service or sales team. It is advantageous if you have a degree in engineering, but experience within technical support is equally important. As Bühler is a global company, we hope that you have experience from working in an international environment.

In this role it is of great importance that you have good communication skills, and that you can effectively get a message across to all kinds of people, at all levels. As you will work on a strategic level you will need to be analytical and have an ability too draw conclusions from complex numerical information. You have a commercial know-how and identifies and seizes opportunities that have a positive impact on business growth and profitability.

As a leader you support an encourage your employees, and develope them through delegation, empowerment and coaching. You are confident in your leadership and have an ability to make an impact on others.
