What will be your daily work in this role:
• Leading the Credit Reporting team in ensuring high quality credit risk data and timely reporting.
• Acting on regulatory and other internal or external changes that affects the reporting, to make sure that disclosure and reporting requirements are met.
• Setting requirements on IT solutions to support the credit reporting
• Driving improvements and develop the credit reporting process
• Communicate and cooperate with internal and external stakeholders
• Aligning your work and the team's contribution to the bank's direction and strategy
• Defining clear responsibilities and priorities for your team members
• Ensuring the continuous development of your team and your own leadership skills
• Assessing and improving the performance of your team members
• Exercising coaching methods as part of your leadership style

• .be a part of engaged team of professionals, who ensures the Credit risk data single version of the truth for Swedbank Group for the purpose of internal analysis and controlling needs as well as external regulatory reporting needs. Our team is highly involved in the credit impairment process according to IFRS9 as well as how the presentation formats in our publications such as Interim Report, Fact book and Annual Report are set and populated. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and data sourcing in the Credit risk area is key competence for us to manage the different data requests and to be able to set IT requirements for supporting solutions. We work closely together and pull in the same direction in delivering on the cyclically recurring tasks with fixed time deadlines. In our team we value teamwork and expect you to be a strong team-player as well! We challenge obstacles together and succeed or fail as a team.
