Head of Business Systems & Support
Nordnet's IT department is divided into four teams, of which Business Systems & Support is one. The team's tasks include operational responsibility for all domestic systems, such as office IT environment, administrative business systems and telephony. In addition our IT Support (1:st line support for all Nordnet systems - domestic as well as customer oriented) resides in the team. The team that consists of 12 co-workers is based in Stockholm but has staff in Helsinki and Oslo as well.
Your role
As Head of Business Systems & Support you will handle personnel and budget, and report directly to Nordnet CTO. Within your responsibilities lie day to day operation of all our domestic IT-systems, resource planning and maintaining fulfillment of our SLA requirements. The team members operate the domestic systems in a traditional way and also contribute actively in our development pipes. We strive to maintain and develop an extremely familiar working climate, meaning lowest possible barriers between teams and greatest possible degree of cross team cooperation. And, yes - we strive to be truly agile. To some degree the role also includes hands-on IT-work.
The domestic IT environment is more or less completely MS based.
Experience and personality
To enjoy this position, we believe that you have several years of experience in leading IT operational work, as well as practical hands on experience. You like a somewhat unpredictable working day and a dense and hot working climate, and love to have fun together with the rest of us. You appreciate challenging goals.
Experience of the financial industry is regarded meritorious, as well as documented leadership training. In addition to excellent knowledge in Swedish, you are comfortable in expressing yourself in written and spoken English.
